Day One: Friday September 23, 2011: Airport Pick up by Travel Agent at 9.30 AM
* 10.00.AM - 10.30 AM - Check in at Hotel Everest, Baneswore. Freshen Up
* 11.00 AM - GAA VAN to Pick up at hotel for a short visit to St.
Xavier's College
* 12.00 PM - Depart for St. Xavier's School, Jawalakhel for a short Visit
* 1.45 PM - Drive to Mr. Yogendra Sakya's (President) Residence for lunch
* 3.45 PM - Visit to Swayambhu Temple
* 4.45 PM - Depart for GAA
* 5.30 PM - Meeting of Xavierins from Nepal and India
* 6.45 PM - Tea
* 6.45 PM to 7.30 PM - short game of FUTSAL (Indoor football) and
Bboying dance performance at GAA
* 8.00 PM - Dinner hosted by GAA with cultural program performance
* 10.00 PM - Drop at the Hotel / guests free to visit the hotel casino
Day Two: Saturday, September 24, 2011:
* Breakfast at Hotel
* 8.00 AM- GAA VAN to pick up at Hotel to depart for Pashupati Nath Temple
* 9.00 AM - Depart for Bhaktapur after darshan of Pashupati Nath
* 11.30 AM - Depart for Nagarkot or Patan for sightseeing (as per
guest's choice)
* 1.00 PM - Lunch at Nagarkot or Patan hosted by GAA
* Evening Free for Guests to be on their own.
Day Three : Sunday, September 25, 2011:
* 8.00 AM - Breakfast at the Hotel
* 8.00 AM to 11.00 PM - Check out of hotel.
* 8.00 AM - 2.00 PM - GAA Van at the diposal of the guests. Free time
for shopping.
* 2.30 PM - Drop at the airport by the travel agent.
